The governor of New Mexico just suspended all citizen firearms carrying, including permitted concealed carriers. Why is the ATF raiding firearms dealers? The ATF is raiding federal firearm license holders for reasons not associated with FFL violations and confiscating documents with gin purchaser’s protected information on it. It is against the law for the federal government to create and maintain a gunowner registry! The ATF raided today’s guest’s home and shop in a continuing effort to assault the 2nd Amendment by closing FFLs. More than 50 government agents wearing ballistic helmets, body armor, and carrying fully automatic rifles assaulted his home with him and his three children there. They even brought in two bomb squads for nothing more than novelty hand grenades, some smoke grenades, and a plastic replica RPG. It was nothing more than a dog and pony show. They illegally seized all of his firearm inventory, took the DVRs from the security system, took computers, papers, and even a hard drive containing nothing more than his children's photos.

We continued operations in the midst of the aftermath, efforts to find out who attacked our country, and developing a response. We were right to respond and defeat that enemy, which we did by mid-2005, but as happens often in war, endless war policies in our government took over and we stayed for over 20 years wasting lives in our arrogance and incompetence to the very bitter and bloody end in Afghanistan. We accepted the Patriot Act in order to address the intelligence failures that enabled Islamic terrorism’s successful attack even though it is a law that destroys liberty. Sadly, that law has now been turned against all American citizens and is being used in a domestic war on terrorism that is being fought against a fabricated extremism threat that only exists in the minds of our greatest threat, the agents of a rogue federal government. May God forgive us our mistakes, and bless the dead, wounded, and their families.

It's a case that has gripped North Alabama for more than five years – the 2018 on-duty shooting of an armed suicidal man by a Huntsville Police Department officer. The district attorney prosecuting the case called the shooting "unjustified." William "Ben" Darby was convicted in 2021 for the murder of Jeffery Parker. He served over a year of a 25-year sentence in state prisons, including time at Limestone Correctional Facility. Earlier this year, the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals overturned his conviction. The court found the trial judge should have instructed the jury to consider the reasonableness of Darby's use of deadly force. Ben Darby’s wife, police officer Keelin Darby joined me a year ago to discuss the case and is back with us today for an update to this sad story.

They will do anything to keep Americans from voting for Donald J. Trump in 2024. That’s just the truth and every known fact supports it. The question we citizens are asking is if Joe Biden won with 81 million votes ion 2020, what the hell are they afraid of? His main GOP opponent keeps saying President Trump can’t win the general even though he is polling in the low 60’s in many primary polls and leading Biden in most head to head polls. But the knives are out on the republican side and the first state to be known to actively consider barring Trump from the ballot is republican lead New Hampshire. But the people aren’t having it, since the mugshot, the Trump campaign has raised over $7 million dollars, $over 20 million total in August, and the funds keep coming in! Mr. Trump’s polling only improved dramatically after the failed fox news debate where he and Tucker Carlson saw over 250 million views on their interview while the also-rab debaters on Fox saw less than half what the channel got in the last GOP primary debate in 2016, under 13 million. We the people aren’t having it, we will continue to support this man because he worked hard for us for four years and continues to be the only candidate who really wants to work for us the next four years.

The Daqi-1 Satellite is publicly stated as an, “atmospheric environment monitoring satellite”. In the world of Cloak and Dagger, you always have a cover story, actually several layers of cover stories. An atmospheric environment monitoring satellite? That description is so bland it can mean just about anything. At first the U-2 was described as a weather research aircraft. That cover story lasted about 10 seconds once the first U-2 was shot down over the Soviet Union. We flew deep and wide until the Soviets could do something about it. That is the opening line from today’s guests article about China’s new satellite constellations and their potential to not only spy, but do harm. China is obviously continuing its attempt to achieve the communist party’s primary objective, defeat the United States through unrestricted warfare as stated in the Global Times in May 2019. Whether it is dominating the recent BRICS summit, threatening Taiwan and the USA with military force, or controlling the Panama canal, the CCP is on an unrelenting march to displace us, and we weaken ourselves further every day in a rudderless approach to everything, domestic and foreign.

It seems like the entire country is set to explode some days. Since the former president and leading 2024 candidate Donald Trump was arrested and his mug shot released things seem more intense. All across the country we are observing citizens confronting each other in the streets, killing each other over political ideology, protesting illegals being located in their cities, obstructing law enforcement, and illegals invading South Florida. With a sitting President who demonizes half of Americans as domestic violent extremists, a media that openly elevates a story about a crazy that kills black people but refuses to cover the crazy woman who killed kids at a religious school and reveal a trans domestic terrorist, and an intelligence community that aids in covering up anything that shows the truth except anything that supports their white supremacy narrative, are we be headed toward increasingly violent conflict right here at home? The evidence is inescapable, much of today’s military leadership has embraced Marxism’s Critical Race Theory, is preparing their leadership academies to indoctrinate it, and is obfuscating those two facts in testimony to the Congress. American citizens need to understand that their Armed Forces Leadership has embraced and doubled down on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). The current nominee for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is either more interested in the racial balance of the armed forces than its combat effectiveness or believes that combat effectiveness can be achieved through racial balancing. Try running the latter perspective through the management or fan base of any major professional or college sports program (including the service academies sports programs) to see how that logic flies in organizations laser-focused on winning! For that matter, try that on any Program manager for complex weapon systems development teams like the F-35! Winning is the only thing!
