OK, so they had a coup in Russia? Not really, but we’re not sure exactly what it was so expect more on that later in the week. The really big war policy story this week is all about the Chinese Communists and the United States foreign policy apparatus's feckless messaging to them. Remember folks, our weakness in the eyes of our adversaries destroys any deterrent we may have left after the debacles in Afghanistan and Ukraine. So just days before the so-called Russia Coup captured the government media’s attention, the US Secretary of State Tony Blinken bent the knee to China’s dictator, XI during his once-canceled visit, signaling we will not interfere with China’s efforts to take Taiwan. Around the same time, stories broke that the Chinese People’s liberation army is establishing a permanent military base in Cuba in Cuba, just 90 miles from the USA. he Ukraine offensive continues and we’re now 2 weeks in with reported lousy results as Russian heavy counteroffensive operations have smashed the UAF in the contested areas. Thousands of pounds of scrap metal, formerly German Leopard tanks, American Bradley fighting vehicles, French armored personnel carriers, and their minesweepers now litter the battlefield. 7,500 men lost on the Ukraine side in 10 days is a massive failure. The Unabomber (Ted Kaczinsky, aka Unlce Ted, aka King) has left the planet he claimed was being enclosed by a mechanical prison by ever increasingly intelligent machines. President Donald J. Trump is being arraigned on a completely sham indictment under the Espionage Act in Florida. That is correct, the entire process is a sham, from the charges themselves, which are outside the controlling law, The Presidential Records Act, against DOJ Office of Legal counsel precedent, and against Supreme Court of the United States precedent, to the Grand Jury process that was abused by Special Counsel Jack Smith when he used a DC Grand Jury to create a transcript that was read to a Florida Grand Jury to get the indictment. It’s a total corruption of our legal system and solidifies that truth that we now have to separate systems, one for those who oppose the regime and one for their friends. This is a dark time for our country and yes, political war has been declared. We the people must acknowledge that and respond, the question is, how?

Ukraine has tried to now distance itself from so-called Russian volunteer forces but the facts reveal that as a lie. US Secretary of State has openly refused to consider a cease-fire in the last few days, wanting to continue the war indefinitely. This position is very dangerous and today’s show will focus on the real threat to the United States, Communist China, and why. This is the story of former Montgomery Alabama Police Officer Aaron Cody Smith. Due to the political air across our nation at the time of the shooting, the city of Montgomery was afraid of riots and turmoil, so they decided to railroad this officer who was one of the best at his job and who followed his use of force training to a T. The Montgomery County District Attorney was up for re-election and saw prosecuting this officer as an opportunity to gain votes, with no care whatsoever to the life he was ruining in the process. Now Officer Smith is rotting in jail on a political charge conviction. Smith's case went all the way up to the Alabama Supreme Court, and although his conviction was recently upheld, many of the justices on the court wrote that it's hard to understand how if the facts presented were true, Smith be found guilty but for an incompetent defense and a trial that left him at the mercy of a social movement and political furor. These false charges and convictions are destroying lives and our justice system.
