My guest this week brings us an update to the story of one of those officers who are being persecuted by an overzealous prosecutor for no sound reason. Her husband, Alabama police officer Ben Darby, was a well-trained Huntsville police officer who was forced to make a difficult split-second decision while responding to a dangerous 911 call. The situation was cleared by the Incident Review Board, and Ben’s actions were deemed justified. It was determined that he followed all applicable policies and laws. However, soon after Ben was cleared, the Madison County District Attorney began to use him and his case as a political football. Ben was sentenced to 25 years in prison for a crime he did not commit. He was not eligible for an appeal bond due to the excessive sentence he was given. He is still stuck serving prison time day-for-day. Keelin Darby has been married to Ben for 5 years. She has been a police sergeant in a North Alabama department for 6 years. She also serves on her department's swat team. The greatest trick the woke ever pulled was convincing American culture they existed at large. That is the first sentence in a recent article by today’s guest, who writes for Outkick.com. We will explore the idea that wokeness is only a tiny part of American culture that has been intentionally inflated by corporate media, government institutions, and so-called social media influencers.Here’s another bit from the article: A fight for gay marriage morphed into dangerous sex changes for children. A racial reckoning morphed into blatant anti-white racism. Did you know that zero police officers died on January 6, 2021, or even as a result of being injured on that date? Did you know that as many as 5 protesters died that day and the only one to die from gunfire was a female Air Force veteran who was trying to get people not to be violent and threatened no one? Are you aware that of the 4 defendants tried in the Governor Whitmer kidnapping case two were acquitted and two could not be convicted because the defense was able to raise an FBI entrapment defense? You probably aren’t aware of the truth surrounding these events because the corporate media you watch is either not covering them or is lying about the facts when they do cover it. A consistent example about January 6th is that an insurrection happened instead of a riot that might really have been planned and initiated by the actions of law enforcement and their undercover agents or informants. Not one person has been charged with insurrection, not one. While corporate media continues its propaganda narrative to support the establishment powers in DC, other independent investigative reporters are not. Some have done so much research on January 6th they’ve even published books on the facts. In early 2021, 11 Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) cadets were commissioned as officers in the U.S. Air Force, and had prepared to fulfill their call to serve our great nation. Yet, instead of welcoming them this administration repaid them by severely hindering their careers and the ability to provide for their families. These highly qualified officers were trapped for TWO YEARS in an unmoving bureaucracy due to the unethical enforcement of COVID-19 vaccine mandates for military personnel. Each of the eleven officers filed for religious exemptions, but they were DENIED that right. They have just NOW been placed on active duty, but are still fighting with the Biden administration to reclaim the last years of their lives. Chief Eddie Gallagher’s PipeHitter foundation is supporting these officers. One of them, 2nd Lt Addie Hulet is my guest this week to give us an update on here and her 10 colleague’s situation.
