In this episode we dive into what to expect at your new duty station as either an experienced Soldier and a new recruit. We talk about what to do before arriving, like researching surrounding area, major cities and thing to do. I talk about the Total Army Sponsorship Program and how it works, who need a sponsor, what part of the forms to complete. We address the reception center, in processing your new installation and unit. I provide tip about how to conduct yourself when arriving to your new unit, meeting your first line supervisor, and most importantly; I strongly recommend you making friends to share your new experiences.
