  • Episode #3 Build That Muscle! An Interview with Molly Keller

I had such a fun conversation with Emory & Henry freshman Molly Keller. She shared her insights on how she decided on Emory & Henry college and some tools that helped her narrow down her college search.

She was also introduced to lifting weights through wrestling and has fallen in love with building muscle, so much so that she decided to go up a couple weight classes when she got to college. Not an easy decision to make.

She mentioned her brother Marshall a few times as well. As someone who has 5 brothers, I loved hearing her talk about how her brother was such a great influence and supporter in her wrestling journey. This leads into my episode shoutout. Shout out to all the siblings who are such a positive and supportive influence. Whether you are younger or older, being someone’s sibling is not always an easy task. Please know that your siblings thank you and appreciate you for all the times you have helped them succeed.

As always, thank you for listening and I hope you enjoy!
