My guest is Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl Champion Wide Receiver Ricardo Lockette.
An Olympic quality sprinter. Ricardo holds the third-fastest 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine at 4.37 seconds.
He is a great example of how perseverance can take you a long way. An undrafted free agent in 2011 with the Seahawks. He was cut by three teams, but he continued forward catching on a second time with the Seahawks.
Ricardo contributed to two Super Bowl appearances, including a dominant victory in Super Bowl XLVIII over the Denver Broncos. But what makes this guy special is his commitment to his core values: Faith, Family, and Football, and love for the next generation of kids. Enjoy my conversation with Ricardo Lockette.
