The latest political poll (Emerson Polling) shows Kamala Harris in trouble in her own state! We were joined by the Washington Examiner's Political Reporter Joseph Simonson to discuss this. For a while, she had momentum after her performance in the first debate, but this support has clearly slipped. In California, not only is she way behind Biden and Sanders (26% each) and Warren (23%), she even loses to Andrew Yang! We looked at the two issues most talked about this last weekend. The majority of today's report focused on the drone attack on Saudi oil facilities. With President Trump essentially saying Iran had to be behind it but he wants to wait for further proof, it's an extremely tense situation. And by saying we're "locked and loaded," it ups the pressure even more. Today we analyzed last night's Democratic Primary Debate with KGO Political Analyst Gary Dietrich.We agreed Joe Biden had one goal: survival. And he accomplished that. Today is 9/11, the date of the world-changing assault on our values and our lives.  What I found fascinating was that The New York Times, the paper of record in the city that suffered most of the horror, didn't have a single story on its front page which referred to anything unusual that happened 18 years ago. My gut (and my hope) is that by ignoring it, they send a message to terrorists that we won't live in fear.
