So WInny sent a message today. I know they told me they were going on an important job when they left, but, well...They dropped a lot of information on me at the time and I was less than encouraging with my reaction. It would have made sense that they left. We always seem to be floating in and out of each other’s lives. Just another passing in the night, so to speak. Things feel different. Not just with us, but about everything. Change is certainly in the air. I do wonder what that change means for us.

It’s a lot to take in. A lot to consider. I had read reports of strange happenings in the field, but I had convinced myself that they were just that, one off, strange occurrences. On a long enough time line, and with so many possible variations, you are going to see just about everything in those reports. It never looked like a pattern. Wait, no. Maybe someone didn’t want it to look like a pattern? That explains why I never figured it out before, or why none of the infosec agents didn’t either.
