Sandra is an entrepreneur, speaker, coach, podcast host, and award-winning documentary filmmaker. Sarah Swain shares her journey as a digital business strategist and founder of Monetize Your Mind, paving the way for leaders to liberate themselves personally and financially. Swain emphasizes the importance of sharing the unglamorous aspects of entrepreneurship to avoid creating unrealistic expectations for new business owners. And, her journey of discovering a new path to fulfillment after feeling unfulfilled in their corporate job.

Sarah questioned the definition of success after feeling unfulfilled in their career and life and  reflected on what she would have done if she were on their deathbed, leading to a realization of what truly matters to them. Sarah left a high-paying job with benefits and pension due to burnout and lack of fulfillment with no plan or idea of what to do next, despite having thrown their boss for a loop with their resignation.

Entrepreneurship, starts with a simple decision to trust yourself. Sarah emphasizes the importance of being willing to learn from mistakes and errors in entrepreneurship.
