Alberta premier Danielle Smith's transgender youth policies for the province will engage parents in the decision-making of their children under the age of 18 and roll back medical treatments including surgeries for transgender youth. The policy has met both strong opposition, as well as support.

Parliament's ethics committee met this past week to address questions surrounding PM Trudeau's $9300 per night freebie from a "friend" Jamaica vacation over Christmas and New year. Interim ethics commissioner Konrad von Finkenstein refuses to investigate the PM, arguing it was indeed a gift from a friend, albeit a rich one.
We speak with two former Liberal MPs who were punished by their party for standing firm with their ethics and while in office, as well as hear their views on Trudeau's Jamaican vacation. It certainly wasn't free for Canadian taxpayers.

Belgian farmers engaged in throwing debris at the EU parliament in Brussels and bottles as Belgian police. Nations involved include: Belgium, Netherlands, France, Poland, Germany, Greece, Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria. How are Canada's farmers viewing what their counterparts are doing and might we see something similar in Canada, as the European protests grow in number? NHL all star game anthem singer Kiana Lede wore a black-and-white keffiyeh colours cardigan while singing the U.S. national anthem in Toronto yesterday. B'nai Brith, as well as the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs have expressed their anger at the singer's behaviour. Lede has a history of pro-Palestinian and anti-Jewish/Israel statements.

Groups and individuals affected are calling on the government for significant public disclosure. China primarily and India have been identified as being active in interference in Canada's 2019 and 2021 federal elections.

Julia Mallot took her 19 year old daughter to St. Mary's General Hospital E.R. in Kitchener, Ontario where her daughter was diagnosed with acute appendicitis while experiencing terrible pain. It took 19 hours, which included the assigning of an E.R. bed, only to have the bed then required for another patient, before Julia Mallot's daughter received very necessary surgery.

Premier Moe has discussed with us concerning Saskatchewan and in Ontario the Pickering nuclear power plant will undergo a massive multi-billion-dollar refurbishment of its four aging nuclear reactors. Meanwhile the Trudeau government's new clean electricity regs will require future power plants to produce net-zero carbon emissions.
