Dustin Hibbard was born and raised in the LC Valley of northern Idaho. He’s an eight year Army veteran and has been In law enforcement for 24 years. He holds a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. 

Ryan is the starting Long Snapper for Georgia Southern. He is originally from a very small town in Nebraska where he played 6-Man Football! We discuss coming from a town of under 300 to playing in front of 100,000 people in his first game at Georgia Southern, handling nerves, and his future.

Geron Eatherly is a recent graduate of Tulane and was a four year starting Long Snapper on the football team. He is on the hunt for an NFL job and offers some excellent advice handling pressure and learning to communicate with anyone!

Joel Baldwin is a former Long Snapper for Mississippi State University.  He currently works for the Mississippi Republican Party as a Field Director and is a 2LT in the Mississippi Army National Guard, privileged to be a Platoon Leader in the 150th BEB. 

Carson Tinker is a Long Snapper that has played with the Jacksonville Jaguars, been a part of three National Championships at Alabama, has survived a tornado, wrote a book, is a great husband to Annie and excellent father to his two year old son, Hootie!
