Erik is an Air Force Veteran, Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, owner of Trophy Bucks of Iowa which promotes getting outdoors with your children to share the great experience of hunting, and helped start a non-profit called "Making a Difference Outdoors" that takes disabled children and veterans out hunting. 
      
    The first segment is started with a "Minute with Monaghan" where he gives us tips to get healthy recovery after you exercise followed by email questions sent into [email protected] which covered what other jobs the guys think they would be good at, any weird things the guys can do with their bodies, and whether the guys like to relax or go on adventures while on vacation (you will love the whale watching story Rubio tells in this one).
      
    The interview segment starts off three easy questions to get things flowing (how long would he survive in an apocalypse, best/worst places Erik has lived, and what is his favorite quote. The meat of the interview consists of how Erik Kline started "Trophy Bucks of Iowa" along with "Making a Difference Outdoors" and all they do for the community, kids and veterans. Then, we move onto dealing with people that aren't really into the whole hunting thing and the move onto how transitioning into a civilian was the hardest thing he has ever done. We conclude with an incredible team building story from Erik from his time in Afghanistan.
