Whilst England may officially be out of Lockdown 2.0, it doesn’t mean that all can return to normal as England is still operating on a 3 Tier system depending on the R rate in your local area. Tutoring businesses are not on the closure list and therefore it has been interpreted that private teaching can take place in the teacher’s and pupil’s home subject to appropriate risk assessments. It’s unclear whether there will be any subsequent restrictions in the guidance for out of schools settings or other relevant information.  Schools are open in tier 3 and music teaching can continue, so peripatetic teachers can move between schools.
