July 14, 2019The Mohican 100 & Injury UpdateThe Mohican 100 is a fantastic race. I truly loved this course, 4 loops through Mohican State Park, 2 long loops and then 2 shorter loops. The storm turned the trails into streams, fog rolled in, and it didn’t let up until the sun came out. There were flash flood warnings in the area, but we pushed on through the night. I took a fall at mile 78 that ultimately decided my fate, but I’ll tell ya all about that in this podcast. Thanks for listening!...more1h 16minPlay
