When it comes to "ways to get followers," commenting is #1 on LinkedIn. Unlike TikTok and YouTube, LinkedIn does not reward users for posting, they reward users for "engaging" with other creators and commenting on their posts.

It turns out, you can

a) make the algorithm happy

b) get your posts seen and

c) turn your comments into a follower-generating machine on LinkedIn by making a few tweaks.
