Many podcasters join in the #PodcastBlackout movement by saying the names of those that have died at the hands of the police.
This episode honors them by saying their names so that we will never for get who there were and what was done to them.

Empowered and Uplifted - this is what I hope you felt after you listened to this episode. Learning how to care for yourself isn't easy so, do what you can when you can.
In terms of who I poured libations for, I wanted to focus on lives we lost last month. Sadly, there are far more names to call out, however, tune in this Friday at 12pm! My family I will be reading all the names that have lost their lives to police or racist vigilantes in the past few years.
Please do your best to take of yourself, do what you can when you can!
