In January of 2023 she quit her full-time job and decided to go ‘all in’ on her coaching business, Profitable Passion + Purpose (P3), to show fitness coaches how to scale fast and sustainably while still working their full-time jobs.

It's important to take time for yourself and your offline relationships. You don't have to be constantly consumed by social media. I took a break from Instagram and TikTok recently, and it didn't affect my success. Give yourself permission to take a break, recharge, and live in the moment. You're doing great, keep it up! The worst advice I ever received about social media was that I had to show up in a ridiculous way that wasn't even me.
