Dibyesh Giri is a co-founder/CEO of Smart-Tech Solutions Nepal. A computer science graduate, he wasn’t okay with a normal tech- Job. The objective to bring an impact on the society and be known for his work made his idea a success. The long tours on the motorbike across the country for the sales and marketing was definitely a hustle in his initial phase. Now, as an established entrepreneur, he talks about the runway for the business and personal finance. The COVID has hit hard throughout the world. Many businesses lie frozen due to the pandemic. The financial aspect plays a crucial part in these situations. We can learn a lot from him and his entrepreneurial journey. Let's hear him.

She released her first book, ‘The Art of Self-Expression around a month ago. And she is with us today to talk about her journey.

Kreety KC also happened to be my sister, but I feel I connect deeper into the humane level more than being siblings.

Last year in August I was in the audience for Miss Nepal North America and I saw these young and vibrant Nepali women on stage.  Rebbecca, Aastha, Kreety, Asma, Shreya, and Vishnu to name a few. They were so confident and full of life and passionate about the work they do, vision-driven, and most of all kind. 

When I was in my 20s I was nowhere close to it. 

Sitting in the audience in the awe of these strong women I asked myself, what am I doing with my life?

The one reason I started samunakc.com and this podcast is that the exact question.

Burnout is a legitimate medical diagnosis by the WHO, it defines burnout as  “A Syndrome resulting from chronic workplace stress, that has not been successfully managed.”

In the west, we have this term burnout. But in the east, we don’t even have it. All we can say is “I am tired”, and while saying it, the voice inside says, “There’s much more than that, and I can’t explain.”

Podcasting is sort of a lonely journey, compared to other forms of content creation, especially if you don’t have a co-host. On the other broadcasting platforms, you can at least see, when people like and comment on your content, you can interact with people on a regular basis. In the podcast, the only data you get is the download numbers. Though it's a relevant metric, I know it’s not the real metrics, because not everyone who listens to the podcast downloads it. The only way for me to interact with you is when you leave the ratings and reviews. Or, when you connect with me on social media and share your thoughts with me. The feeling that you are not living life to the fullest.
