Froggy and his friends are enjoying the day on Gator Grove Beach, when they see their old friend Pepper the Sandpiper. Pepper tells them about a disagreement that the sandpipers are having with the mer-people in Mertopia. Will Froggy the Gator (with Granny the Gator's wise counsel) be able to help resolve the disagreement?
