In this episode we finally get to hear the results of Devon’s “Anthropological Experiment” from the past two weeks which leads to a discussion about the validity of High School Reunions in the current era, female representation in male oriented toy lines, and the wonders of SteamWorld!

Finally after giving everybody two full weeks to see the film we arrive at the episode where The Say Reporters team up to discuss “Deadpool & Wolverine”

Of course if we’re going to be discussing one of the most recent Superhero releases that also means finally sharing our thoughts and opinions on the news revealed at San Diego Comic Con and D23, in addition to the current state of superhero films and the film industry in general.

In this episode of The Say Report, Devon is finally ready to express his thoughts about “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate” on the Nintendo Switch after spending the last week clearing it enough times to view the “secret ending” and his confusion about the game  and where it takes place in the IDW continuity leads to a discussion about the other ways that the 40th anniversary of the franchise has been “shellebrated” and why this feels like a miss 

Sejohn uses this as an opportunity to seamlessly segue into his big topic of the week the state of entertainment and the bubbles that fans seem to be putting themselves into as a result of the constantly meddling Hollywood seems to be involved in when it comes to recreating what they deemed popular in the past. 

After receiving his results from the first "Nintendo World Championship: NES Edition" competition Devon is ready to give his final thoughts on the game and when you add everything up the sum feels like one rife with missed opportunities. 

Sejohn is able to highlight this point when he reveals that they announced the Olympic Esports Games just five days after the game was released and the fact that Nintendo didn't even attempt to capitalize on the fact after releasing their own World Championship related title. 

This conversation leads to speculation and conjecture about what an Esports Olympics might look like, as well as the very future of video games, before your Say Reporters declare it as their mission to get Press Credentials for the first Olympic Esports Games next year, that's right 2025, in Saudi Arabia. 

Finally Devon makes good to spoil the second and third parts of "The Karate Kid" trilogy as he shares his excitement for the recently announced Karate Kid Beat 'em Up game releasing this September. 

A scheduling error made by Devon left us with a sequel-sized hole in our Very Special Episode release slot. 

Luckily, we were able to find the “perfect” film to fill the gap that not only represents amazingly synergy with this month episode of “The Adam Sandler Cinematic Universe,” fulfills the role of sequel, and has a plot line about replacing an established plan.
