NASCAR icon Donnie Allison sits down with host Rick Houston to reminisce about his brother Bobby, legendary car owner Banjo Matthews, his two Indianapolis 500s and a bit of regret over never having had the opportunity to run for a NASCAR championship. In our second segment, host Steve Waid joins the conversation, and together, he and Rick remember the fall 1989 race at Charlotte won by Steve's former neighbor, Ken Schrader. There's talk of a beer-drinking challenge that went very badly for Schrader, a chicken-plucking contest, a Go-Kart race in which Rick was spun out by Buckshot Jones AND Tony Stewart, AJ Foyt's premonition and Humpy Wheeler's attempt to hamstring Winston Cup drivers attempting to qualify for the Charlotte Busch Series event.
