According to data from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and other crime statistics sources, Approximately 1 million residential burglaries are reported annually in the United States.

This averages out to about 2,740 burglaries per day nationwide.

Most burglaries last 8 to 10 minutes, with burglars looking for quick, easy-to-access valuables like cash, jewelry, firearms, and electronics.
