We talked about a story that pro-union parties are fond of repeating (and sticking on leaflets), specifically that under the SNP college places have fallen. However, as she pointed out in her blog, the truth is somewhat different from the soundbites.

We also talked about the importance of maintaining free higher education in Scotland or indeed any other society.

As we get closer to the election it appears that project fear is on its way back, but this time ... it's England. Yes, the Tories are trying to hard to scare the living daylights out of the English voters in order to stop them voting Labour. Ivan and I had a chat about if it's likely to work or not.
