The Galatians were talked into believing that they had to follow the law even though they had already been saved by Christ. Paul says adding anything to the cross of Christ make the cross null and void. It takes away from Christ. Instead, we need to live in the full freedom that comes from being covered by the blood of the Lamb! That means we give our whole lives to be with him and to follow him, and that we have the freedom to do so! You are no longer a slave to sin or to the law. You are bought with a price and belong to Jesus Christ.
