Who am I?

As a seasoned consultant in Physical Security, Loss Prevention, and Risk Management, I collaborate with a dedicated team of experts to craft robust security strategies for multinational companies and diverse organizations. My journey in the security domain spans over 20 years, during which I've led security operations for multinational corporations in some of the world's most demanding environments. In my present role, I'm instrumental in shaping security strategies for groundbreaking projects and developments, redefining the perception of security and safety in society.

Driven by a deep conviction that security knowledge and resources should be universally accessible, I am committed to advocating for security as a fundamental human right. This passion fuels my dedication to not only protect but also empower communities and individuals with the tools and understanding necessary to ensure their safety and well-being.

I'm human. I value life, I enjoy the rewards and challenges of being a husband and a father, I seek the company of other like-minded individuals and I pursue the mind's curiosity through constant learning, travelling, seeking and experiencing. 

✈️ Through my pursuits, I have travelled to 48 countries and experienced the enormity of our world and the diversity of humankind - both beautiful and grotesque. My journey has taught me that life is ultimately about our choices. Everything in life comes at a price and you need to be careful full what you choose. I choose to protect, defend and empower others to protect what is good. 

⚔️ While travelling taught me about the world, the military taught me about myself: My strengths, My weakness, My fears and My hopes. It made me a better Human and showed me the importance of responsibility, teamwork, planning ahead, extreme accountability and how to walk with dignity pride and confidence. 

🏛️ Everything, even corporate positions, is driven by or built around humans. The corporate world has taught me:

BIO -Jason Brown is an internationally recognized expert in risk management, cybersecurity, crisis management, and business resilience, with over 40 years of experience across government and industry. Peter Warmka is a former Senior Intelligence Officer with the CIA having over 20 years of experience in breaching the security of target organizations overseas. He is an Adjunct Professor at Webster University's Masters in Cybersecurity Program, Founder of Orlando, Florida-based firm Counterintelligence Institute, LLC, and author of the non-fiction books "Confessions of a CIA Spy - The Art of Human Hacking” and “Why Are You Messing with Me? – Senior Survival Guide on Fraud, Privacy, and Security.”  

He is passionate about using his expertise in helping city, state, and federal government entities, non-profits, academic institutes, private companies, and individuals to safeguard their sensitive proprietary and personal data.  

In addition to conducting his signature training program, Mr. Warmka is a frequent conference speaker, guest podcaster, and author of numerous publications on social engineering and the manipulation of insiders.

Paul Evans, Chief Executive Officer at Carlisle Support Services

Paul joined Carlisle Support Services in 2015 as Managing Director and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in January 2019. During his tenure, he has overseen the transformation of the business. Brief Bio

Although Irish, Michael Ward is a long-time resident of England. As a child, he was fascinated by the power of words to create compelling stories. For him, books were portals to other worlds. To him, writers were magicians. 

A desire to find out ‘what makes people tick’ led to him becoming a psychologist and a management consultant, specialising in organisational change. His first book, ‘Why Your Corporate Culture Change Isn’t Working… And What to Do About It’ was born out of a burning desire to share what he’d learned. It sold in five countries. 

His second book, ‘50 Essential Management Techniques’ sold in 29 countries and consolidated his reputation. Quite by chance, he discovered that well written books with great content give you authority in the marketplace – and lucrative contracts!

Godfried Hendriks MBA BSc CPP RSE (Amsterdam, Netherlands, 1963), is active in the field of security and crime prevention since 1989. He specialized in retail security, retail robbery prevention, retail fraud prevention, retail cash management solutions and public private partnerships. 

After managing a group of companies, he works as an independent security and management consultant, business & product development executive, trainer, (keynote) speaker and moderator since 2002.

He regularly published about the use of technology and innovative crime prevention in retail and public private partnerships. Godfried has presented on these topics and been a participant of expert panels on numerous occasions globally. 

He is a member of ASIS International since 1992, active as a volunteer leader since 2002, and has served as the 2020 President of the Global Board of Directors. In 2021, he chaired the Global Board of Directors Nominating Committee, tasked with selecting candidates for the new ASIS International Boards of Directors Europe and North America. Godfried currently is a member of the ASIS International Ethics Standards Committee and advisor of the ASIS International Asia Pacific region.

Mike Bluestone MA CSyP FSyI

I am an award-winning Chartered Security Professional with over 35 years’ experience in the private security sector. I served as Chair of the Security Institute from 2008 to 2013 and was subsequently appointed Emeritus Chair.

I have had military experience in the UK and overseas and held senior positions in security management including Head of Security for a national community charity. I hold an MA in Security Risk Management awarded by Loughborough University and am a member of the London Resilience Academic Partnership. I am an Associate Member of the Association of Security Consultants and a former member of the Governing Council, as well as being a former Vice–Chair of ASIS UK Chapter 208.

Over the past three decades I have developed courses for both security and non-security personnel and in 2005 founded the Central Academy of Security Excellence (CASE). 

A key part of my work involves advising corporations in both the public and private sectors on a range of security risk and resilience related issues and I have provided security training courses for a number of major corporations and HM Government departments.

I have written numerous articles on corporate security and related topics, and in 2007 I produced a Good Practice Guide to Security Management for Facilities Managers. I have lectured at the American Intercontinental University, the Foretags University in Sweden, as well as at the UK Defence Academy, and presented at a number of UK and overseas security seminars and conferences.

I am a regular Judge for the UK Security Excellence Awards and am the approved trainer in Security Management for the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management, and aMember of the Security Strategy Group of the British Standards Institute. I was Panel Leader for producing BS16000:2015 ‘Security Management and Operational Guidelines’, a role which led to my appointment as the Chair of a Technical Committee.   

In the summer of 2023, I was appointed as Registrar of the Register of Chartered Security Professionals and a member of the Registration Authority (CSPRA). I am a Governor of Stanmore Further Education College; President of the Corps Veterans Association; and a Vice-Chair and Trustee of AJEX Veterans charity. In my ‘day-job’ I am the Executive Director of Security Consulting with Corps Security.
