Danyetta Fleming Magana is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Fellow with Institute of Strategic Risk Management (ISRM), who founded Covenant Security Solutions in 2003. Her goal is to push the envelope regarding how we think about our information and find new and innovative ways to secure our digital way of life. Mrs. Magana is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a globally recognized certification in the information security arena. She has been published in the Defense Information Systems Agency IA Newsletter and interviewed as an expert on Federal News Radio's "Mark Amtower Show." In 2001, Ms. Magana received the Black Engineer of the Year Award for the "Most Promising Engineer in Government." She is an advisory board member for the TINYg – Global Terrorism Information Network and  Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), International Technology Committee. Mrs. Magana also previously served as a Fellow with the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology (ICIT), a Washington DC-based think tank that briefs Congress, Senate, and the Senior Executives of the U.S. Federal government on matters related to Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure. Also, Mrs. Magana was a recipient of the Army's Achievement Medal for Civilian Service. Her company was recognized by Diversity Business for 2014, 2012, and 2011 as one of the "Top 500 African American Owned Business in the U.S.". In addition, her company was honored in the Inc. 5000, as one of America's Fastest-Growing Companies for 2014. Lastly, her company most recently was recognized by CIO Review Magazine as one of the "20 Most Promising Enterprise Security Companies in 2015". Mrs. Magana is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign with a B.S. in Engineering.

Matthew Porcelli, MSc, CPP, CPOI, F.ISRM, FSyl , is a Safety/Security Management Specialist with over two decades of experience in the criminal justice and private security sector working with clients from international airlines to corporate global headquarters, and alongside municipal, state, and federal law enforcement partners.  Porcelli is a globally recognized volunteer thought leader, author, presenter, and featured in many global security periodicals.  Porcelli, has been a member of ASIS International for 13 years and serves as a Community Vice President where he supports and works with Steering community leadership and ASIS liaison staff for EPIC, Executive Protection, and Operational Intelligence Communities, as well as designated a member and Certified Protection Officer Instructor with the International Foundation for Protection Officers.  Porcelli also volunteers as Chair of the Institute of Strategic Risk Management’s (ISRM) North America Hub and Co-Chair of the Security Institute’s Frontline Security Operators (FLOSIG) Special Interest Group.  Porcelli was admitted as a Fellow to the ISRM and Security Institute in 2021 and 2024 respectively.

Detective Sergeant David Thomason created and leads the day to day operation of the Harm Reduction Unit at Cheshire Constabulary; a collaborative and integrated risk management service between police, the NHS and the Probation Service, to tackle stalking. David is a former trustee of the charity Protection Against Stalking which led the successful campaign for stalking law reform in England and Wales in 2012, and has spent over 18 years specialising in the policing of stalking. David has trained thousands of professionals around the world and was previously a Staff Officer to the national police stalking lead. He remains a member of the NPCC National Stalking Tactical Working Group. In 2019, David was awarded the inaugural national College of Policing Award for Partnerships and is also the recipient of an Association of Chief Police Officers Presidential Commendation for his work. More recently, David has made several media appearances including: “Murdered by my Stalker: Alice Ruggles” (Channel 5), “Green Eyed Killers” (Crime and Investigation), “Stacey Dooley: Stalkers” (BBC) and “Laura Whitmore Investigates: Cyberstalking” (ITV). David completed a post-graduate research degree in evidence-informed practice with Liverpool John Moores University, looking into the implementation and effectiveness of Stalking Protection Orders.

Shivanshi is an entrepreneur and young, compassionate leader who brings significant business acumen and

marketing skills to the table. Having recognised a gap in the market, she founded Shivanshi Sharma Consultancy Ltd (SSC), a hyper-focussed marketing and branding consultancy that specialises in the securityindustry. With a growing clientele across UK and Europe and a team of specialists in India, Shivanshi set herself up for the challenging task of establishing SSC in two countries at the same time. This gave her the opportunity to understand and master the legal requirements, tax systems, bank processes, company registration and, most importantly, work cultures in two very different parts of the world. Her success in the quick and significant growth of SSC’s team and business revenue has been recognised by the Worshipful Company of Security Professional’s Young Entrepreneur Award at inaugural Safety and Security Entrepreneur Awards 2024.

Shivanshi is also a Board Member for the Women in Security Academy. In her role as an entrepreneurship mentor, she works with leading women who have been recognised for their professional brilliance by the WiS Awards, and supports them in pursuing their own business goals and aspirations.

She has also served as the Director of Marketing for the International Professional Security Association (IPSA), where she worked with government bodies, associations, regulators, media, and key industry stakeholders to get front-line professionals the recognition and resolution they deserve.

Her roles with IPSA and the WiS Academy come with the advancement of the industry at the forefront, which is in line with her goal of collective development for, and giving back to, the industry.

Andrii Lukashenko BIO

Andrii Lukashenko is a security and risk management professional with over a decade of experience in managing security and crisis situations. He has worked in various leadership roles for international organizations, private companies, and academic institutions.

In November 2022, Lukashenko founded Smart Risk Solutions, Ukraine, a security consulting firm that specializes in travel risk management, crisis management, and security consulting. With his team of experienced consultants, analysts, and international partners, he provides support to clients facing risks that could affect their business.

Prior to founding Smart Risk Solutions Ukraine, Lukashenko worked as a National Security Officer for the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine from September 2018 to October 2022. In this role, he was responsible for ensuring the safety and security of mission members and visitors, monitoring the security situation in the area of responsibility, and proposing appropriate mitigating measures. He also developed and maintained security-related documents, including the Mission Security Plan and Mission Evacuation Plan, and coordinated with national and international security providers to ensure maximum security coordination and information sharing.

From 2014 to 2018, Lukashenko served as the Acting Supervisor of Duty Room - National Executive Officer for the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine. In this role, he liaised between various departments within the mission, including procurement, asset management, transport, and finance, and maintained effective staff/management relations. He also served as a focal point with various companies and government agencies, including the Ukrainian helicopters and the Security service of the Kyivstar.

Prior to his work with the OSCE, Lukashenko worked as the Director of the International Institute of Forensic Expertise in Kyiv, where he organized and directed the work of the institute. He also served as the Chief Expert of the Legal Directorate at Raiffeisen Bank AVAL in Kyiv, where he provided legal support on problematic debtors in all regions of Ukraine, prepared documents for transmission to the court, and conducted negotiations with creditors to improve the situation on problem loans.

Andrii Lukashenko has extensive experience in crisis management, security consulting, risk assessment, and emergency preparedness. He is skilled in building effective relationships with national and international security providers and has a strong track record of identifying potential security threats and proposing effective risk management strategies. He has also conducted security training courses and provided security briefings and advisories to staff and management.

Overall, Andrii Lukashenko is a highly skilled security and risk management professional with a proven track record of providing effective security solutions in challenging and complex environments.
