From England with love!

Tim Evans is what I feel like all chefs should embody, a little bit of humble and a little bit of cocky. I've been lucky enough to have been following Tim as he's cut his teeth in this industry and created success for himself and his teams at seemingly each stop.

I caught up with Tim at his current home away from home The Cascade room where we spoke about all things food, service, children, politics, and of course beej jerky, Tims latest entreprenuerial venture.
