On the newest episode of the SEO Insider, Seth Price is joined by Adam Warren of Open Jar Marketing. Seth and Adam discuss the best marketing strategies to reach a target audience in the modern age, with digital and social media joining the ranks of TV and Radio as potential channels that should be utilized. Seth emphasizes the importance of SEO due to less people calling and buying directly from TV ads, while Adam highlights that traditional media still have their place in the perfect “cocktail” that is a fully developed marketing strategy.
On this episode of The SEO Insider, Seth Price interviews Pooya Abka, co-founder and CEO of Intaker. The two take a deep dive into all things intake. They touch on the evolution of live chat, how AI will impact intake, the history of intake over the years, what the goals of intake are, as well as how Intaker differentiates itself from other intake focused companies by being “bold and smart.”
Pooya also discusses his journey founding Intaker with his business partner. The idea spun out from another startup where they were working on Natural Language Understanding (NLU) projects, which is the sort of technology used in Siri and Alexa. Now, Intaker services over 1000 firms.

In this episode of the SEO Insider, Seth interviews Cameron Herold, Founder of the COO Alliance. Cameron dives into the strategies he leveraged to grow the alliance from a simple meeting of 10 COOs into what it is today. He also discusses how the relationship between a highly entrepreneurial CEO and a COO is similar to a personal marriage in that it requires open lines of communication, collaboration, trust, and effort.
Seth questions Cameron on the successes he has seen from an operational perspective as well as the areas where he has seen firms mess up. Cameron illustrates these points with case studies from companies he has coached. Cameron also details how companies should dedicate time to playing with AI tools to stay ahead of the curve as the new tech booms.
On this episode of The SEO Insider, Seth Price interviews Alex Schlinsky from Prospecting On Demand – a unique agency designed to help you build an infinitely scalable agency. Alex explains his background, talking about how he “kind of stumbled, frankly, ass backwards into running an agency.” He then explains how he has molded Prospecting On Demand into what it is today, servicing 50 agencies at a time for periods of a few years (or so), and helping them set and meet their goals, particularly in regards to landing higher-paying and more profitable clients.
One clear distinction that Alex emphasizes, and a differentiator that makes his company unique, is that Prospecting On Demand is “a client success company, not a client acquisition company,” meaning that they are committed to the 50 agencies that are their clients, rather than always being focused on scaling. Alex also provides listeners with many inspirational and insightful moments as he stresses the importance of finding out why employees selfishly want to work for you in order to help your company set better goals.

On this episode of The SEO Insider, Seth Price interviews our very own Futurist in Residence for BluShark and Price Benowitz: world-renowned speaker, Peter Shankman. Seth dives right in with his longtime friend, asking Peter about how he stays ahead of the curve when it comes to the tech of the future. Peter explains how he tries to learn from younger generations by observing and listening; he also tells the audience that it is important to understand what you don’t know before you can do anything at all.
Peter delves further into AI, saying “AI is not going to radically change your world if you don't a) know what to do with it and b) already have a basic comprehension of how to do business.” Seth specifically asks about how Google will view AI content in terms of search results moving forward. Peter believes that we will eventually see AI generated content and real human generated content on Google, marked as such, similar to how we currently see sponsored results when we search something up on the web.

On this episode of the SEO Insider, Seth Price interviews David Kauzlaric, co-founder at Agency Elevation, a 100% USA-based white label SEO, PPC, and Facebook Ads management firm for ambitious agency owners. As David explains in the episode, white label essentially means that they are doing the work behind the scenes for a lot of other marketing agencies. Seth asks David what it is like to deal with modest dollar-per-month clients, compared to what BluShark deals with in the legal space, and how Daniel has leveraged his almost 20 years of SEO experience to maximize Agency Elevation’s margins.
David explains that the key is to identify and really understand “what works, and what moves the needle as opposed to what doesn't. So there's this fine balance that we've had to strike between having deliverables to have deliverables, and having deliverables that actually move the needle.” The duo also dive deep into Google Business Profiles, the mechanics of reviews on Google, and the Future of AI in the digital space.
On this episode of the SEO Insider, Seth Price interviews Hamid Kohan, Founder, President, and CEO at Legal Soft, a company trusted by over 650 law firms to help firms grow through trained virtual assistants, expert marketing, and full practice set-up. Seth asks Hamid about the process of properly hiring and training overseas staff. He also explains that he aims for overseas staff at BluShark to feel like part of the team, which Hamid agrees should be the goal of hiring such employees.
Hamid details how Legal Soft has developed a framework for hiring where they have a physical presence in eight countries with talent acquisition that fields job applications in those specific countries. After hiring, Hamid says “we have an extensive training curriculum that is designed and created by US based attorneys who practice in that area who helped us create that curriculum. So we train them. And then we put them on our payroll, and we deploy them into a law firm as dedicated, full time virtual staff that are trained to do that specific job.” Tune in to learn more!
On this episode of the SEO Insider, Seth Price interviews Ray Mieszaniec, Co-Founder and COO at EvenUp, a company aimed to maximize your case value with AI-powered demands drafted by PI attorneys for PI attorneys. Ray explains how EvenUp customers have access to Liddy, which is their own personal injury AI legal assistant. He talks about how Liddy is actually experienced in PI, so you can have it produce the facts narrative within your demand for you at the click of a button. Ray believes that the future involves “AI helping us introduce more of a human element back into our practices, not taking away from the human experience.”

On this episode of the SEO Insider, Seth Price interviews Timothy Warren, Co-Founder of Helium SEO, a prominent SEO firm that has been featured on the Inc. 5000 as recently as 2022. Timothy and Seth discuss Timothy's path from medical school, to sales, to eventually founding multiple SEO companies. His first company was called SEO Exposed, which he started in 2013 and sold in 2016. Over those three years, Timothy realized businesses must differentiate themselves in order to succeed, which drove him to ensure that Helium was able to separate from competitors by being on the cutting edge of new technologies, such as AI.
Seth and Timothy also discuss how to build a company culture that promotes success for your firm. As the digital age continues and as remote work becomes more prominent, so too does the importance of having a strong culture. Timothy cites one of his mentors, business guru Cameron Herold, in saying that “great companies are a little bit less than a religion, but more than a business.” Remote work is a reality of the 21st century. Together, Seth and Timothy dive into the barriers that having remote workers can pose as well as some strategies for listeners to use when deciding what kind of work is best for their business.
