They talk about what leadership looks like and how players can use it to help the team be successful. Rob and Meagan talk about how they have groomed players to become leaders and the ones that were natural leaders. The group discusses some successes and failures within leadership and how things were corrected if there was failure. Kohl and Zak talk with Mark about what things he is doing with the goalkeepers at his club and the new curriculum they are developing to create a concrete pathway for the players to follow to get to the professional level. We talk about what ages crossing should be implemented and the types of training sessions that should be done at each level to help goalkeepers be successful.
