Micah Collins, Youth Program Manager at Philadelphia Union, joins us to discuss the importance of Goalkeeping Positioning. We talk about how important positioning is and the difference it can make in a goalkeepers game. Micah breaks down what a goalkeepers positioning should look like in several different scenarios.

For any goalkeeper Strength and Conditioning is important to their growth. We bring two of the best on to help discuss the importance of Strength and Conditioning. Jesse Goleman, Goleline Podcast, and Rob Day, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Robert Morris, discuss how they look at Strength and Conditioning and break down some important things athletes should do to keep themselves in peak shape.

We bring on two goalkeepers with the USL side ,Charleston Battery, to talk about professional goalkeeping and how they got to Charleston. Darian McCauley, 1st season with Charleston, and Phil Breno, 2nd season with Charleston, talk about their experiences at the college level and their path to the USL. They break down some of their training routines and what they do to keep themselves sharp.

We continue our conversation about Building Culture at the College Level. Phil Wilson, Head Men's Soccer Coach at Averett University, Rob Dallas, Head Men's Soccer Coach at Cabrini College, and Jen Simonetti, Head Women's Soccer Coach at Case Western Reserve University help to break down the importance of building a culture and how it can help with the success of a program. They also dive into their successes and failures within building a culture and how they were able to keep things on track.

Mike Malone, Assistant at Broadneck High School, and Max Shinsky, Club Coach for SCS, come on to talk about Building a Culture at the Club and High School level. They bring some great expertise from their respective coaching experiences to give insight into their successes at their levels. We talk about managing the team and what keeps culture on course. We dive into what it takes to keep the culture together during difficult times.

They even give up some tips and tricks that they find effective in front of goal.
