Sometimes looking at the past can be heavy, but sometimes it can provide the inspiration to keep growing! A reminder of how strong you are, give you the kick in the butt to move forward and the inner strength to change. Growing requires us to look at th versions of ourselves that are no longer serving us, owning it, changing and stepping up! This episode is about looking at YOU differently, finding the courage and balls to challenge yourself.

Learning to navigate our relationship with God, is a unique experience. Nothing that anyone should tell us is right or wrong! I share my journey of how God found me, it most definitely was not in a church Pew but in the messy part of my life. How I no longer wonder if I am acting good enough or righteous enough, instead work daily on evolving, learning and growing into a connection to Holy Spirit so it can guide me. I share this journey in hopes that anyone listening that feels hopeless, weight down or stuck in the darkness know, that you are enough! You are worthy and you don't need to be or do anything to receive love. It's already there for you! Just ask!

We want more things, better things but our stuff is making us sick! Not all stuff but extra, the stuff not being used. If it’s not bringing us joy or purpose, it’s bringing us feelings of unhappy, unmotivated and bad about ourselves. Learning a realistic way to start minimizing things in my life, has brought me more peace, taught me about myself and now I buy consciously. Let’s stop unconscious spending, which fuels mass production and leads to more stress. Instead clear clutter, gives things a purpose, bring joy to others, feel good about helping and have a healthier brain.

Relationships, heartbreak can shape us. Taking your power back in how you show up, what you accept and what you stand for. You attract where you are, not where you want to be until you learn to be done, makes change happen. It all starts with you!
