Shiromi is the jack of all trades. Prior to joining Divum, she worked in the HR field for over two decades and specialized in areas such as talent management, performance appraisals, and audits.

How to motivate employees to achieve peak performance?
Regular feedback integrated into a coaching and mentoring session can help motivate employees. Ensure that the feedback given and received from the employees is recorded digitally so that the organization & the employee act on it and grow.
How can organizations leverage async communication to improve productivity?
Employees work better when they are not micromanaged and are given flexibility. Using asynchronous communication, employees can respond to messages whenever they're available.
What should leaders do to improve employee experience in 2022?
Leaders need to be async with what the employees want and then structure the programs accordingly. A good employee experience can help retain employees in the long run. Their passion and purpose need to be addressed.
Advice for employers to integrate well-being into the flow of work.
Organizations should be more empathetic towards their employees. Managers should have informal conversations, 1v1s with the team to check on them, and ensure they are doing well.
Where do you see the workplace benefits landscape in the future?
Organizations should understand that the requirements of every individual are different. Hence, it is necessary to be flexible with the benefits offered.
