What’s Happening Around the Curling World?

Two men’s events were completed

this past weekend. The Astec Safety

Challenge in Lloydminster and the Golden

Wrench Classic in Tempe, Arizona. We will

do a quick review of what happened in both

events. The 4 th Grand Slam of the

Year the WFG Masters is underway in

Guelph, Ontario and we will take a look

at how things are going there so far. Brianne Harris was finally cleared

this week by the Court of Arbitration for

sport what will this mean for Brianne and

Team Einarson? The controversy with regard to the

type of broom heads being used by the top

players continues and we will give you an up-

date on what is happening. Mailbag and What is Happening on Social

Media. We will address a couple of emails and

provide our thoughts on some of the most popular

discussions on social media from the Astec
