Where you give or receive coaching matters. It's trendy to meet in a coffee shop but you'll only scratch the surface of what really matters. You are competing with distractions, disruptive noises and interruptions. If you want someone's full attention, stop being trendy and use an environment where you can go deep if needed. You'll be surprised at how a laptop with a good internet connection is able to really connect you.

Resilience tip. Setback happen. Most people react and follow their thoughts which are dictated by bad emotions. 

1. Pause - Don't assume, don't make a decision in pain.

2. Process - Run or otherwise physically exert to drain cortisol. Choose a physical outlet, though music can help.
