Eliud Kipchoge is the fastest marathon runner known to man. He holds the record at 2hrs, a record only he can challenge. He is literally running a race of his own. I jumped at the idea of studying his thinking as best as I could, devouring hours of interviews looking for the nuggets and gems. I was able to pick up a few things and bundle them up in this quick episode.

I know the title can be misleading but don't let it fool you.

The idea that overthinking can be useful isn't a new concept at all. There are articles explaining how, if properly channeled, overthinking can benefit the overthinker. How you may ask, well, kick back and listen in. Oh, BTW sorry for the quality. 

In this episode I give the rundown about what helps and what hinders you if you are believed to be an overthinker. Of course this habit/behavior isn't limited to just one person but the trait is more dominate in some than others. For that reason I wanted to dive into how it can be used to help, because if you know an overthinker, you know they need it.
