Shanda Vander Ark, 44, was found guilty in the death of 15-year-old Timothy Ferguson, who weighed just 69 pounds when he was found dead in July 2022 in the glorified closet, she forced him to sleep in. Her older son Paul (19 at the time of the murder) played a pretty significant role as he was the one who carried out much of the brutal acts on poor Timothy. We're awaiting his sentencing which will be held on February 26th.
