I talked about the NFL Wildcard matchups for the playoffs. I also talked about the college football national championship that will be played between Georgia vs TCU. In closing I talked about the greatness of LeBron James and how he's on the path of passing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as the all-time leading scorer in NBA history. 

The first podcast of the 2023 year was a success with my brother Edwin Duodu. We talked about week 17 of the NFL season and we talked about the college football semifinals between Georgia vs Ohio State and Michigan vs TCU. 

The NFL playoffs are slowly approaching, and the playoffs are shaping up to be one of the funniest playoffs runs when it comes to the matchups. 

I had the opportunity to bring my right-hand man Ty Tracey on the show. We talked about the latest news happening around the NFL. We talked Tom Brady and the struggles of the Buccaneers and other teams in the NFL. 

I had the opportunity to talk with my brother Kelsey Graves about the NBA. We talked about the Lakers, Celtics, and all the latest news in the NBA. 

Had the opportunity to talk about week 4 in the NFL with my guy Edwin Duodu. We talk about what transpired between the games this past Sunday and what who we think the best teams are in the NFL.

Thid week on the Shut Up & Listen Podcast I talked about my thoughts on week 2 of the NFL and what teams has been the best throughout the first 2 weeks of the season. I also talked about what teams have been most entertaining to watch and the most disappointing teams so far in the season. 

I had the opportunity of having returning guest Eddie from the Nuts-and-Bolts sports family. We talked about Donovan Mitchell being traded to the Cavaliers and other great topics happening in the sports world.
