Sid & George had the opportunity to sit, chat, and catch up with Jake (in between another of his adventures). Get it started with Sun Sets in Colorado, expensive liquors, men having conversations with no motive, growing up going to 9 or 12 schools, the effects of hard work, studying abroad and arm wrestling. Jake shares stories of his itch for travel, beers in vending machines, motorcycle rides, hunting red stag, home alone flight, settling down, starting a family, and so much more! The guys are back from a week off and have another great guest, Josh Bird. We jump right in with muscle car talk, government emission restriction’s, avoiding entrepreneurship, becoming an auto technician, learning the industry, and then taking the leap. Josh shares how he started Bird Automotive in his back yard in 2018 and how’s he’s grown it to 2 shops with more future plans. He’s begun work consulting other small businesses owners as well as taking great care of his 20+ employees and all the customers along the way.
