Sid & George sit down with the talented and thoughtful CJ Walker…who gets us started with Tupac and we hop to Tyson fights, Quincy Jones, and influencers boxing. CJ shares about growing up in South KC, one story that guarantees a laugh, young kingpin, KC Chiefs talk, going to Musicians Institute in LA, and Ted Taylor’s influence. The moment he knew he was going to learn the guitar and how he taught himself to play (a right handed guitar upside down and backwards), his first performance, love for motorcycles, giving back with music, and so much more.
