They're realizing there's all these cogs that they've had to deal with that don't perfectly match demand all the time. And so having an elastic fleet through Curri allows them to perfectly match their demand with supply when they use it. That's a huge benefit to them and the entire industry.
12:12   Build what people want, what people need. And so we didn't build anything until the customer had identified it and said that they would use it. So that - rather than like, Hey, we have this great idea. Let's just launch it and build it.
11:04   Sometimes you just need to listen to the customer and be flexible enough to not completely pivot, but adjust. Sometimes you do have to completely pivot. And so that was just our whole mindset through this whole thing. And now we're solving one of the biggest inefficiencies in the US and in the world.

31:18    It's very much about showing up and just trusting that the universe will put people in front of you who are ready to hear what you have to say, who are really to hear your deeper wisdom.
49:01   If you've got to make a small decision, it's like a few pebbles falling into the lake and then the ripples spread out, and then it comes back to a relative calm. So that decision could be, what are we having for dinner? Like a small pebble. But let's say you're deciding to start a new business or you're moving countries, or you're changing jobs. That is going to feel like this massive boulder has just been dropped into your lake and the waves are just going to carry on for a while. And the boulder might hit the bottom. And so a whole bunch of debris will float up to the top. So what that means is, is that you will not make a decision until you're back to the calmness of your life as you've got just a few ripples and then you can really trust whatever decision you make.

13:33   (The Food Industry) Wants to put just the right amount of chemicals and sugar in stuff that we get the maximum amount of pleasure, but not too much. Cause if it's too sweet, you're going to put it away. So they very purposefully are like, let's hit the ‘bliss point’  - that's what they call it. So they'll do experiments with young children even to find out how much sugar they should put in a yogurt so that the kid will be addicted.

The journey towards lasting weight loss is actually a journey to get to know yourself more fully and more clearly. And it's a really powerful journey when done right. When done correctly, you can take what you learn about yourself in your weight loss journey, and you can apply it to all other aspects of your life too. It's such a powerful, powerful thing. When we learn to understand - what am I feeling? Why am I feeling it? What am I thinking? Where did I learn to think this way? It's like swimming in a little aquarium of water that we sort of grew up in. And we have all of these ideas and beliefs about ourself that we think that's just the way it is.

You're making an informed decision to change direction and starting over implies that you're stripping yourself of all of your stuff. Whereas changing direction is you take with you your experience, your wisdom, your successes and your failures and what you've learned from them, your years on the planet, which brings a lot of depth.
22:10   I think as we age, we become more comfortable in our own skin, some of that confidence just happens naturally, whether we do anything or not, it's just living and experiencing life. You begin to be less affected by other people's opinions and expectations. You realize that the little moments and the little things are so much more important than the big things and the material things.

And that's confidence, you know! Look at your accomplishments and know what they are. I think that helps a lot of people realize all that they are, and all that they're capable of. I call it uncovering your inner bad-ass!
39:48   Giving yourself permission, I think, is one of the greatest acts of self love. Giving yourself permission to say this thing that I've chosen doesn't fit me anymore. Giving yourself permission to say whatever this that I have is, it's not that it's not good enough. It's not that I'm not satisfied with it. It has served me well, but I've outgrown it. And so it's time for me to appreciate what it was and now build what's next.
