  • Bappa Choudhury: Breathe, Balance & Believe

Bappa Choudhury joins this week’s episode of The Silver Lining Phoenix to discuss what it means to breath, balance, and believe. While currently battling Parkensons, Bappa Choudhury shares the importance of persevering in the midst of hardship. Bappa will discuss how all of the people he met along the way, including Muhammed Ali, helped him form this positive outlook on life circumstances that are out of your control.

Breathing, balancing and believing have become the pillars by which he has built his life upon. At times, life can move fast and hit you with unexpected circumstances. To Bappa, breathing gives us the opportunity to slow everything down and taking a moment relax so you can think and respond calmly. Balance allows us to maximize everything we do in all areas of life (and it also helps you avoid falling). Lastly, Bappa states that believing means that you can rest in faith that there  is a purpose behind everything that happens to you.  Bappa’s life is one of constant change and adaptation, and in today’s episode he shares how he thrives in the midst of it all.
