This week Hannah and Maria take us through their best tips for how to stay healthy during cold and flu season, and what to do if you do get sick. Some of their favorite tips include healthy nutrition, lots of sleep, plus some less standard ones like apple cider vinegar. (It may taste disgusting, but the results are worth it!)

This week Hannah takes us through her experience with thyroid issues and what she's currently doing to try to heal, including using (and not using) iodine.
