Our special guest Bonnie Dwyer joins us today in 'let's talk all things TSM'. Bonnie has used TSM to overcome her challenges with alcohol dependency and comes to the table with great wisdom and knowledge.

An introduction to The Sinclair Method (TSM) with Claudia Christian. Claudia is best know for her role as Commander Ivanova in the sci-fi tv programme Babylon 5. She has also appeared in Dallas, The A-Team, Falcon Crest and others and more recently, in The Mentalist, Criminal Minds, NYPD Blue and 9-1-1. She is also a voice over artist including Disney's Atlantis - The Lost Empire.

Claudia is open and honest about her own journey with addiction and now acts as a worldwide advocate for The Sinclair Method (TSM) having successfully been through the programme herself.
