In this episode, I talk about the challenge of scheduling your jobs efficiently, and I make the following points:

• Oftentimes it is not most efficient to schedule jobs on a first-come-first-serve basis
• It is best to schedule jobs where they are as close to one another as possible on any given day
• The caveat to doing it like that is that you must stay on top of the follow-up to pin down the day and time of the job

In this episode, I encourage the listener to burn the boats!  In other words, if you know that professional gutter cleaning is for you and that there is a real market for it in your area, take the bull by the horns and go for it, and don't look back!

In this episode, I talk about how it doesn't hurt to ask when making supplemental offers to our customers, and I make the following points:

• You will miss out on 100% of the offers that you don't make
• You can't judge by the sight of your eyes when trying to determine if someone has the money to take your offer
• Some people will surprise you 

In this episode, I talk about how we need to go outside of our comfort zone in order to accomplish great things.  I give an example from my own transition from window cleaning to gutter cleaning.
