Today, our phones are used for so much more than communicating. We LIVE on our phones and as time goes on, more and more is going to be available to us in shorter amounts of time. Think about it, do you find yourself averting eye contact and immediately looking at your phone in public? Or how about when there is dead silence in a room? Very strange, I'm making a conscious effort to reduce my use!
