In this episode, Kyle and Jeremy interview Jeremy Burright. Jeremy is a professional athlete, a "Nice Guy" Coach, and host of a top 5% podcast, The Jeremy Burright Podcast. Jeremy is not your typical athlete. Kids used to avoid him after a trauma happened in a small town, so he quickly thought that he was the problem. His self-confidence was so low that by high school he couldn't really make eye contact and had to fake like things were okay. Now he's been in 9 different countries, and he's been able to reinvent himself and see where he was getting in his own way. He walks with three things he'd love the world to have, ease, curiosity, and love.

In this episode, Kyle and Jeremy interview Kobe Boyce. Kobe played D1 college football for the Texas Longhorns but chose to step away from football because of his mental health and he shared his decision with this tweet:
"For a few years now I have been battling depression and I let all of my emotions build up and it wasn't a food feeling. I used to be scared of discussing this and kept it all to myself and anyone who is going through the same thing please talk to someone. You are not alone. Everyone is struggling with something in life especially in these times. Take care of yourself and your mental health because you won't be able to operate in anything you do if your head is not in the right place. That's where I felt I was at and I am going to be taking a step away from football and work on myself. I would like to thank all my teammates, coaches, friends, and family of course for being with me on this journey. It wasn't what I expected but I definitely learned a lot about myself and learned some valuable life lessons in this time. I will continue as a student at the University of Texas and will continue on the journey of getting my degree. This decision wasn't easy to make but I feel like it was much needed. I appreciate the fans and all the support that you have shown me in the years from a recruit to now. I will always be a Longhorn and I hope you guys can bring back a Big 12 Championship and a Natty. Love you all and I'm excited for my new journey."
Enjoy!

In this episode, Kyle and Jeremy interview Joshua ‘Zeke’ Thomas. The Detroit native inherited this valuable trait from his father, NBA Hall of Fame point guard, Isiah Thomas. That passion and the unyielding drive to achieve greatness is in his DNA and has been exemplified and encouraged since birth. It’s what fueled Zeke’s diverse endeavors - from becoming a renowned open-format DJ to a sought after MC/Host, a dedicated Human Rights and Mental Health Awareness Advocate to a forward-thinking businessman. It also helped him overcome mountainous obstacles as a rape survivor and mental health awareness advocate, and set him on an undeniable path to make a real impact.
Zeke shares vulnerably with us in this episode more about the life experiences that have created the Zeke we know today. This episode will take you through a range of emotions with plenty of laughter but you may also find yourself tearing up.

In this episode, we interviewed communication workshop facilitator, circus performer, author, and creator of Talk2MorePeople, Tony Esteves. What initially started out as a 30 day challenge, became Tony’s year challenge to meet someone new every day. In this year, Tony ended up meeting over 550 new people and found his way into leading communication workshops and now has a full time coaching practice. Tony gives us his advice on how one can go about connecting with more people, two pieces being to put our phones away and listening to the conversations happening around us. We change directions and Tony shares with us what he does to get himself out of a funk: ask for help. Following, Tony shares the rituals he does throughout his day to maintain his mental health. To end the interview, we share our opinions on the effects that social media has on mental health.
