There is zero evidence, circumstantial or otherwise, that so much as suggest that Jordan Shreeve had anything to do with the death of Olivia Soto.  However, there are two things that people tend to get hung up on when they first hear about this case. The first thing is that Jordan left to take Billy home after calling 911.  The second thing is that Jordan spoke to his ex wife Pam on the phone while on his way back to the house. Neither of these two things have anything to do with who killed Olivia Soto but they are two things that some people struggle to get past.  

Jordan explained his reasoning for taking Billy home.  I'm not saying that you or I would have done that but in the context Jordan explained it I think that he has more than rationalized that thought process. As far as the phone call goes, I think once you all hear the circumstances that lead up to that phone call, as well as the context of that phone call, it will help you to understand that call.  Hopefully, it will help those of you who are still stuck on this call to finally let it go.
