Shit happens, trust me I know. Things may not turn out as you’d like for them to, but don’t let yourself stay discouraged for too long. You’ve got too much light to shine. It can be mad uncomfortable to be seen as you are transitioning back into your power. Light Work ain’t light work, but it is a meaningful journey to be embraced presently. Take your time Sweet Pea, it’s gonna be fine.

Embarrassment is rooted in your relationship with perception, so get comfortable with being seen and watch as it fades to sand. Get comfortable with being vulnerable, and know that you are protected in that state. Your Inner Child is so proud of you for having the courage to do the things they’ve always known y’all could do together. You are loved soulfully!

Hold space for your inner child to connect you back to Source energy. They are the one that holds the key to your higher self. Throughout our childhood, we tend to internalize the limitations and hinderances of our environment, and that can trail into adulthood if we aren’t mindful of breaking the cycles. The reason that those “things” and those “folks” don’t resonate with you, is because they are reflecting to you that which you are NOT. Therein lies the path towards who you ARE, so remember the strength of your light.

As you process through that, it’s important to understand the difference between absorption and observation. Both play an active role in the lives that we assume, so ask yourself this: “What reality am I assuming through my emotions and my behaviors ?”. Adjust as necessary, you’re capable of change and worthy of a pleasurable human experience.

• equal parts flour to milk - I did 2 cups each
• 1 egg
• honeyyy
• some sugar 
• a bit of vanilla extract (not almond lol)
• 1/2 teaspoon each of baking soda and powder
• some cinnamon
• a couple dashes of nutmeg
• and of course, a heaping cup of love ;)`
