The Sol Series w/ Rae Monet

“Refamiliarize yourself with moving through discomfort”
.
.
.
Just because it’s familiar, doesn’t mean that it’s comfortable anymore. And it’s okay if it was at one point, things can and should change w/ time. Everything has its season, and crosses your path with reason. Once you realize that something is no longer aligned, it’s okay to return it back to Spirit, whatever “it” is.

You deserve to have a comfortable human experience in this lifetime, it’s up to you to give form to your greatness.
.
Today’s Verse ‘n Vibes Haiku:

“Your Shadow isn’t anything to shy away from, or be afraid of”

•
•
•

It’s a version of you that deserves to be met with just as much love and understanding as your light attributes.

As above, so below • As within, so without

As you change and evolve through your own phases, working w/ the flow of The Moon can be a powerful way of getting back to your true North.

You are worth the journey, and all the work that you’ve put in thus far • Hold patience as your most authentic self blooms

In this episode, there are a couple of guided meditations and plenty of journal prompts to help process and harness the energy of this New Moon in Capricorn & Full Moon in Leo.

Wishing you peace of mind and of spirit in love, light, shadow, and alchemy

Nothing can prevent you from walking through the doors that Spirit has for you,
not even you

Thinking that we can miss our windows of greatness is simply a trick of the Ego, don’t mind it too much

Ground in and attune to the present moment, you already have all you need

You are capable of achieving and maintaining the fulfillments that your soul seeks to experience in this lifetime,

it’s time to believe in you again

“Yet again I find myself walking on down memory lane…”
.
.
.

Into the Hermit’s dark night,
we are met with a silence
that only the inner voice can break

All else, muted
They lean into the nuances
of the unconscious mind

A long journey
into the depths of knowledge
seeking the North Star’s key

To return home once more
—————————————

former pains decay
it’s futile to resist change
good things are coming
