After spending 37 years in corporate, supporting CEOs, building systems, and wearing more hats than one role could reasonably hold, Debbie experienced burnout that ultimately led her to reevaluate everything. What followed was a courageous transition into entrepreneurship, where she began creating a business rooted in alignment, energy awareness, and meaningful support.

After 37 years balancing a corporate strategy career by day with fronting a band by night, she hit serious burnout.

At 60, instead of slowing down, she dove headfirst into entrepreneurship, launching “Virtually Debbie” as an Intuitive Business Coach for heart-centered women business owners.

Debbie lights up working with coaches, creatives, educators, and healers who are building something meaningful.

Having learned the hard way, she’s now passionate about helping women entrepreneurs put their health first while growing their businesses.
